Construction and materials In order for the body to produce the maximum sound experience, it is made of carbon fibers. The robust material allows for a very light construction, which gives the sound a powerful foundation and allows for an almost attack of all notes. The neck, also made of carbon fiber, guarantees comfortable access to all 19 frets set into an HPL fingerboard. Hardware and design A compensated bridge inlay and a 44.5 mm wide nut made of Graph Tech TUSQ ensure clean intonation over the entire scale length of 648 mm. The headstock is fitted with high-quality die-cast tuners that are easy to operate. The modern design is accentuated by a generous soundhole in the upper part of the top, which runs parallel to the strings. Electronics Thanks to its state-of-the-art, integrated L2 PRO FreeBoost technology, the Lava ME PRO Grey amplifies itself so that a stately volume can be generated even without additional electronics. The guitar also features an additional effects section with reverb, Delay and chorus. The player can easily adjust the volume and the respective effects via a preamp in the frame designed in cooperation with L.R. Baggs.
